Fresh Ginger

Wayanad ginger is prized internationally for its intense pungency, characteristic aroma and high volatile-oil content (2.0–2.5%). We supply hand-washed and machine-brushed fresh ginger rhizomes packed in jute or carton boxes, with optional waxing for extended shelf life.

Mozi Exim sources fresh ginger directly from Wayanad, Idukki in Kerala, one of India's most renowned growing regions. The variety we export is preferred internationally for its consistent quality, characteristic flavour profile, and long shelf life — making it ideal for retail, foodservice, and processor buyers across the world.

Every consignment is graded, cleaned, and packed in our certified facility, then shipped with full export documentation and phytosanitary certification. Sample lots are available on request.
